This is especially true if you're thinking of purchasing a bike off the Internet and don't have the chance to test-drive thee bike before buying it. Once you buy it and find that you don't like it or is not what you have expected to be, it'd be hard to get a refund on the bike or exchange it for a different type of bike. This depends on the bike reseller, of course, but generally speaking, the process of changing the bike for something else can be long, tiring and, at the end of the day, expensive as well.
